Visiting Houston for a day and a half. Looking for recommendations!

Hi everyone!

I still don't have power back in Austin, so I've decided to head to Houston for a day and a half. I've never been to Houston (I'm new to Texas) and would appreciate some recommendations on things to do.

Things I like:

1) Museums

2) Art + Music scenes ( I like Jazz, indie pop, rap)

3) Cuban food! I'm from Miami and I was told Houston has authentic spots!

4) I also like Vietnamese and Thai food. Any recommendations there?
