Visiting Houston and have some questions…

Currently visiting Houston and had a few questions about some places we are going to hit up.

We plan to visit downtown today and find things to do. Are the tunnels still open or did Covid mess those up?
My wife wants to visit Papasitos because a friend won't shut up about it. Is this location in a decent area?
How is parking at the Toyota Center? We are going for a game tonight.
