Visiting for a few days. Looking to support local restaurants.

Hi all,

I’ll be visiting Houston for the first time for an upcoming conference. I’ll be in a hotel for a majority of it, but would like to support local restaurants for dinner. Since I don’t have a car, I’ll have to order delivery. I know some of the apps (UberEats/Doordash) are not the best for local restaurants.

Can you please recommend your favorite places to eat that I can order delivery from? I’m staying right near “Uptown” and “post oak boulevard”.
