Visiting Fiance in Houston this Week – Need to find car rental

So I am going to visit my fiance in Texas for Thanksgiving. I am 25 years old with a below 600 credit, no credit card, and low budget. I am trying to find a car rental company that does not have any hidden fees, does not require a deposit, does not require a credit check(if anything, I am okay with a soft credit check), and allows for debit card payment. I will be flying into IAH(George Bush Intercontinental). I don't mind taking an Uber to pick up the car, especially if all these requirements are checked. I leave on the 27th and I am nervous because I feel like over 3 Ubers a day will cost me more than a car rental.

Does anyone know a company that fits this description? Maybe a way to get around that is reliable? Even if someone has a friend or would like to rent out a vehicle and I will pay you directly? I look forward to your responses, everyone, and I hope I found the right place to ask this.
