Viewpoint or Observation Deck for the Ship Channel Infrastructure?

Is there any elevated point from which to view the ship channel and all of the oil and gas infrastructure? Just the scale of it is really fascinating—I'd be interested in getting a better view.

I've been to the top of the San Jacinto Monument, but the windows are very small (and it was expensive?) I've also driven over the Fred Hartman Bridge, but had to focus on driving and couldn't stop.

Any other elevated points where I might stop and look. I guess I'm interested in a kind of observation deck or raised location to see the scale of industry. In other words, off the ground, with a territorial view.
