Vietnamese restaurant where you roll your own rice paper wraps?

Hey all, I am looking for a place that has the rice paper wraps in a stand at the table with the water in it where you soak the paper then make a roll from the grilled platter of food….not sue what you call it but my googling has Ben unsuccessful.
