Vet Recommendations in Heights or Washington area?

The vet we currently use for our 9wk old puppy is in Katy and, although great quality and reasonably priced, never answers the phone and is extremely difficult to book appointments with.

Any recommendations in the northwest side of the loop for great vets? A plus of reasonably priced bit of course, we care most about the quality of the care and service and are not gonna penny pinch on healthcare for our dog.
