Vet Recommendations for Cat Surgery

I got quoted around 2800 dollars to remove two lumps from our 16 year old cat and while we have some reservations IE the lumps haven't grown in a long time, the age of the cat, and the recovery / QOL of a recovering 16 yo cat.

I was wondering if I could get some recommendations to other Houston veterinarians. This was quoted at Sunset right off of 59. All my other reservations aside price is a good 30 percent of my consideration and I was wondering if there were any places that would do it for less.
