Vet recommendation for a dog that doesn’t like going to the vet?

Hi, I’m looking for recommendations for a calm vet that has experience with fear aggressive dogs, and I’m also open to tips on how I can make vet visits as least stressful as possible aside from using sedation.

I’ve been acclimating my dog to being touched/picked up by people in my family, she’s muzzle trained, and I plan to bring high value treats and exercise before our visit, but she still gets stressed at the vet and is the dog that wails and screams once we get into the exam room.
