Vertical farming co. Kalera inks lease in Jackson-Shaw’s Parc 59 industrial development

Dallas-based developer Jackson-Shaw has landed its first tenant for Parc 59, a new 279,500-square-foot, two-building industrial development in Humble.

Kalera, an Orlando, Florida-based vertical farming company, leased Parc 59’s entire 83,436-square-foot Building A at 7159 Rankin Road. The company intends to open the largest vertical farming facility in Texas, according to a press release from Jackson-Shaw.
