Vehicle registration renewal

I need to renew my expired vehicle registration. I’m more than six months past due.

The problem is that I have been unable to find out how to do this during pandemic office closures.

The website says the office is closed. The phone system says the office is closed.

Would someone please let me know what the office hours are for a long overdue vehicle registration renewal?

Any other considerations during the pandemic I should know?
