Vehicle Inspection with Dark Tint

New to Houston and Texas as a whole. Evidently to get my car registered here, but to do so I have to get it inspected. I went to one place and I was told my windows are too dark but there are places that I can go to still get passed. Where would that be??? I live in Katy. Reddit hellppp!!!
