Vehicle break-ins, car part thefts, and catalytic converter thefts

In northwest Houston. Specifically Tomball. Don't wanna get more specific other than the FM 249-Grand Parkway 99 area. Apartment complexes. There has been many in a short period of time. Be on the lookout. It seems they usually hit at around 2-4 AM. It doesn't seem like much is being done about it. It's time for community watches.
