Vegetarian friendly Mexican? (not Tex-Mex)

I have vegetarian friends visiting from out-of-state, and they mostly just know Tex-Mex and avoid Mexican because nearly everything has lard in it.

Any actually Mexican places that have actually vegetarian options?
