Vegans and vegetarians, what’s your favorite houston brunch place?

I’m trying to plan a brunch for my birthday with my friends. I am vegetarian and love vegan restaurants like Verdines, but most of my friends are not vegetarian.

What restaurant has a good brunch with vegan or vegetarian options?

I know many will have a salad or pasta or one vegetarian option, but it’s my birthday so I would love to have an amazing vegetarian brunch meal while my friends also enjoy their food. Especially looking for one with a cute aesthetic or nice shaded patio. I am a huge fan of natural light and greenery.

I just moved back here from Austin which is why I have no clue where to go. In Austin I’d have a million options.

Bonus if it is close to the heights/Montrose for cheaper Ubers or if they have good cocktails.
