Variety Oysters and Cheap Oyster options?

Been living in Louisiana for the last 4+ years, so have had gulf oysters for less than $10 a dozen. I really like State of Grace for their variety, but they are a bit pricey if I'm not doing the happy hour which is a pretty tight window. I'm interested in a variety of oysters in an oyster bar style, and also in cheapest (edible) overall dozen. That does not necessarily have to be the same restaurant. Any and all suggestions appreciated.
