VA Hospital screening.
Just went to the VA and they closed some entrances and make you run a gauntlet to be screened for Covid.
Questions:
"cough , fever, nausea, sick?". No
"Been out of the country in the last 14 days?" Yes, Mexico
"Go to the table there are fill out the form"
I go to the table for the form:
"Cough, etc"
No, but I've been out of the country, Mexico.
"It's not on the list, so you don't need a form. But if it gets on the list, you'll have to be screened"
But we have more cases in the US than Mexico has. "Shhhhh"
Lol
Good part is it was like a ghost town, got in and out in under 30 minutes including lab work taken.
Bad part- had to ride bus and then rail to get to my wife's work. Witnesses a homeless guy licking his hands on the rail. Ugh.
Forget 30 seconds. I scrubbed with soap for 5 minutes.
