Utility box just a few inches from ac unit, cutting off a big portion of the back yard

The other question on here reminded me of something I’m dealing with now.

I inherited my dads house and it’s a townhome. The backyard is already tiny but for some reason there is a utility box right by the garage and mere inches away is the ac unit. Because of how it’s situated it literally cuts off half the backyard and makes it unusable, and hard to cut the grass.

Is there anything I can do? I’m pretty sure I can’t call up whoever owns the utility box and have them move it….or can I?

I’m under the impression that moving the ac unit would be expensive…it’s sitting on a concrete pad that would need to be replaced. It tubing or wiring would need to be extended/rewired.

Any other creative, and cheap, ideas?

I’m planning on renting the house out so I’d like to find some sort of a solution so they have no need to be touching either the ac unit or the utility box.
