Utilities bill

Hi there, I'm thinking of moving out on my own and was wondering what you all pay roughly if you live in an apartment a month?

Please share how cold you keep your place, how often you do laundry / run the dishwasher, if you WFH.

For example, I usually keep my place at 75 temp, WFH fully, do laundry once a week, run the dishwasher 2x a week. I currently live with my parents in a house so it's kind of hard to gauge what it would be like in an apartment.
