UT physicians group and children’s Memorial Hermann patient scheduling issues. Anyone else?

I have had an order through UT physicians for my child to have a test at children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital for a week now and no calls to schedule. One agency doesn’t talk to the other. I call UT physicians, they say they sent Memorial Hermann a message. I call Memorial Hermann and they said that, as the patient, we cannot do anything. It had to be scheduled through the provider. They offer to send more messages but no one in scheduling ever calls. I can’t even talk to anybody that can really help me. Anyone else has this issue not getting a test scheduled?
