UST or UH Clear Lake?

Hello, I've just gotten acceptance letters from both UST and UH Clear Lake, and now I'm considering where to study. At first, I thought UH Clear Lake is UH but it turned out to be not like that. Can someone explain the reason? Which school should I choose? Thanks guys!
