Usstandardcapital Houston Texas Scam

They are a scam, please don’t fall for it or invest with them. A few months ago, they scammed a family member out of thousands of dollars ( that was their retirement). So far we’ve managed to prevent them from continuing to defraud others, but their social media accounts and platforms are still active, which makes me think they’re still doing business.

The owner name is Jose Alejandro Pineda and he has multiple lawsuits filed against him and ex wife Cynthia Bogran. He fled the country like 2 months ago and his investor visa was revoked. He still has several pending trials, but the business is still operating. If you’re considering investing with them, you will not get your money back. I will attach links to lawsuits, instagram etc.
