USPS mail issues

Hey y’all, I know a lot of people here have been experiencing mail issues with USPS including myself. it has been A MONTH since my package has been shipped and it is still stuck at the sorting facility. First it was at missouri city for a week, and it has now been at the humble facility for 2 weeks. Do yall think we can just walk in there and take our packages? i’m fed up on waiting and I know everybody has things they need to get.
