Used eyeglass donation locations

There used to be Lions Club eyeglasses donation boxes all over the place (many Walmarts had one, for example). I've got a couple years' worth of glasses I want to donate, but I haven't seen a collection box in a ling time. The Lions Club website says that they still have collection boxes but there's no list of locations.

So I turn to you: Do y'all know of any places where I can donate used glasses? Bonus points if it's convenient to Montrose.
