Urgent. Need help figuring out what to do with new litter, and getting the mom spayed

one of the cats gave birth recently, and we really need to do something about them as soon as possible, our house is already overcrowded as is. we also really need to get the mom spayed, but even beforehand, we had tried contacting people to get her spayed but we never got any answers.
