Upper Kirby TIRZ FY2025-29 capital budget to focus on road infrastructure
Houston City Council approved a $98 million capital improvement projects funding for the Upper Kirby Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone for fiscal years 2025-2029, during a Dec. 11 city council meeting.
