Upper cervical/neck specialist? (Not a chiropractor)

I’m looking for an upper cervical/neck specialist to book a doctor’s appointment with. I googled it, but all that immediately came back we’re chiropractors. Not sure if that’s the SEO/advertising taking over, or if I just need to go to a “spine specialist”. My issues are more so in the neck.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
