With all votes tallied, Elizabeth Santos and Bridget Wade have won two Houston ISD board seats covering the parts of the Heights, River Oaks and Montrose areas, while incumbent Sue Deigaard has retained her seat covering the Bellaire, Meyerland and West University area.
