Update with 19 family members with covid.

I have gotten a number of inquiries on this one the past few days, so I thought it would be easier to just make a post.

Additionally, this is being relayed to me via my wife, so I have very little direct info and only have basic information.

Information and specifics are fudged slightly or omitted for privacy.

The 19 was a complete family of relatives, including cousins, uncles, etc, along with a neighbor.

The patriarchs and older family members had gotten their shots over the course of several months previously. The most recent being the neighbor by a couple of weeks.

7 initially started showing symptoms requiring hospitalization.

1 died.

5 were asymptomatic. Several were kids.

The 7 that were immunized, only one needed a brief stint in the ER for oxygen and was released (elderly) a few hours later with the majority only having mild or no symptoms.
