Update on eviction after handing in CDC form & receiving a landlords lien.. fast forward a couple of weeks & I am now getting a Rent deferral agreement. Any of you familiar with this ? I don’t have a problem making payments I already told them that before they gave me a landlord’s lien. Now this ?
