Employees at local billionaire Tilman Fertitta’s Post Oak Hotel aren’t losing their benefits after all, the Houston Chronicle now reports.

A memo sent to workers earlier this week said vacation and paid time off would be suspended temporarily, according to the Chronicle. The memo also informed employees about how to apply for unemployment benefits.
