UPDATE: Courtney Chadwell wins League City runoff race for city council, unofficial results show

In the Feb. 17 runoff race for League City City Council Position 4, Courtney Chadwell currently has a lead over Ange Mertens, as of 7:30 p.m., according to unofficial election results from Galveston County.
