University of Houston-Downtown eyes I-45 expansion opportunities, working on TxDOT agreement

University of Houston-Downtown is finding ways to mitigate issues during TxDOT’s Interstate 45 overhaul known as the North Houston Highway Improvement Project. If all goes to plan, the university could find itself with an opportunity to expand its campus.
