University of Houston-Downtown breaks ground on Student Wellness & Success Center

The University of Houston-Downtown held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new Student Wellness & Success Center on Nov. 12.

The new building will be located west of the school’s College of Sciences and Technology Building. It will cost $38 million and span 72,393 square feet. Construction is slated to being in January.
