United Airlines trims service between Houston and Ohio city
United Airlines is further trimming regional service to and from Dayton, Ohio, a city with a population of more than 140,000 and a metro regional population of more than 800,000.
A spokesman for United confirmed on Jan. 2 that the carrier will cease operating nonstop regional flights in late March between Dayton and the Chicago-based carrier’s hub at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston.
