United Airlines ‘narrows the gap’ for No. 1 airline in business travel rankings

United Airlines — the busiest airline in Houston by far — saw the biggest improvement on a recent ranking of the best airlines for business travel, which were compiled by Business Travel News.

Each airline was evaluated in several different categories including transient pricing, services and amenities, complaint resolution and value on a scale of 1-5.

Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines Inc. (NYSE: DAL) ranked No. 1 for the ninth consecutive year. It also was No. 1 in each individual category.
