Unique hit & run parked car incident

While I was at work, my neighbor called the police and filed a report about a hit & run parked car. I was unaware of this and informed by him as soon as I got home. There’s CCTV footage available so they’re waiting on that to see who hit him.

I don’t remember hitting my neighbor’s car, but am not 100% confident without a doubt. Furthermore, I’m the only one parked next to him so I’m doubting myself now as who else could’ve done it? Did I just get a class B misdemeanor just like that? I honestly don’t know if I did it or not.
