Unique Bachelor Party Ideas

I am hosting a bachelor party in Houston and looking for unique things to do. Considering a house on the water in Kemah. Found a few activities (Cidercade, LagoonFest cabana, Barge 295) but not sure which are worth it.

Itinerary is Friday to Sunday (flight arrival/departure vary) at the end of September. Alcohol will be central to everything and water activities trump others. What would you recommend?
