Underbelly Hospitality’s director of operations will help expand, develop talent

Nina Quincy, formerly general manager at House of Blues, is the new director of operations at Underbelly Hospitality.

Quincy, who stepped into the newly created role in February, will oversee talent and expansion at Underbelly and will help managers at various Underbelly concepts better understand finance so that they can better manage not only Underbelly’s restaurants, but also their own down the line.
