Underbelly Hospitality unveils details for burger restaurant in Houston Farmers Market

Chris Shepherd’s company has revealed details about the burger restaurant it’s planning in the Houston Farmers Market: Underbelly Burger.

The new fast-casual concept will open next to fellow Underbelly Hospitality concept Wild Oats this summer. Underbelly Burger will source its beef from R-C Ranch’s new butcher shop, also in the farmers market, as well as longtime beef supplier 44 Farms.
