Underbelly Hospitality promotes, hires chefs and GMs for existing restaurants as it expands

Underbelly Hospitality has promoted a slew of chefs within the company and nabbed two outsiders to help run operations for its rapidly expanding list of restaurants.

Greg Peters, Jeff Taylor and Nick Wong have all been promoted. Peters, formerly chef de cuisine at Georgia James, is now executive chef at both Georgia James and Hay Merchant.
