Uh or Uhd

What school should I attend UH or UHD

Hello, I am currently planning on transferring to a 4 year college as I am rounding out my basics in community college. I am majoring in accounting and I plan on attending Law School right after. My parents want me to attend the university of Houston since it’s a known college however I don’t plan on actually using my accounting degree. I want to go to The university of houston at downtown which is a more open university since it will be cheaper, less crowded (I attended Uh for a semester and it is completely over crowded) and has less competition amongst other students. If I don’t plan on using my bachelors, is there a good reason to why I should return to UH or should I stick with my plan and go to UHD. Thank you.
