Uber to Minute Maid Park

I grew up in Houston, but I’ve moved around a lot since then and haven’t actually been to a game since I was about 12. My husband has never been and we are planning a weekend trip to Houston in June, where we will go to a Saturday afternoon game at Minute Maid Park.

We will be driving to Houston and will be staying at a hotel near Hermann Park. In an effort to avoid traffic and parking, my husband really wants to Uber to the stadium.

I was just curious if any of you have done that before, how easy it is, and where they are able to drop you off. Thanks!
