Uber or Lyft from Baytown to HOU

I am going to be going to see my mother in Baytown in a few weeks but she's about to have surgery and she won't be able to drive for a month. Getting a Lyft shouldn't be much of an issue at the airport, but are Lyfts/Ubers driving around Baytown for me to go back to the airport? Sometimes I rent a car so I don't have to use hers, but a car rental for a week is going to cost more than 3 round trip flights.
