Uber/Lyft in Houston as a rider.

So, help me out here guys. If this is just a conspiracy then cool. But, I'm getting the sense that some of you are purposely missing your exits. About half the time I have to bring up my GPS to tell you where to go (and I have yet to drive in this city, mind you, and a majority of the time I'm too exhausted from my shift to pay attention to the signs.)

It's kinda giving me the "what the hell am I paying for" vibes when I have to be your GPS. There ARE drivers who I don't have to say anything to. They get me where I need to be without any trouble.

What gives? Is this just a conspiracy or do some of you guys purposely extend the trip on riders so you can milk the meter?
