Uber from downtown to IAH at 3am??

Hi there, I’m new to the area and this is my first time flying out of IAH. I’m hoping to Uber instead of parking, but not sure if it is reliable given I would need to be picked up downtown around 3:00am in order to make my flight. Does anyone have experience going this distance at such an early hour? Are there many drivers out? TIA
