U.S. airline trade association calls coronavirus impact ‘staggering’

Airlines for America, the trade association for the U.S. airline industry, on March 16 called the sudden impact of coronavirus on the nation’s airlines “staggering.”

Airlines for America (A4A) said in a statement that it will recommend to the federal government a combination of programs that would cost billions of dollar.
