TxDOT: Grand Parkway segments from New Caney to Baytown set to open May 19

Texas Department of Transportation officials noted the new stretch of the Grand Parkway—which includes Segments H, I-1 and I-2—represents a 52.5-mile corridor spanning Harris, Montgomery, Liberty and Chambers counties.
