Tuttle Raid Lawsuit

So, the city wants to hire outside counsel to help in the lawsuit defense from the families of the Tuttles.

I’m guessing the families really want the (as yet, unrevealed) “who shot who, and when” info? And the city really, really doesn’t want to release it?

Either the city doesn’t have it, or it’s really bad (worst case for Houston- Tuttles never shot anybody and the police left them there to bleed to death while tending to themselves (or maybe a policeman “finished them off” through a window).

Is there any way they complete the criminal cases without revealing this info?
