Turf on a Rooftop Patio

Has anyone installed artificial turf on rooftop patio here? I am considering doing that to my patio, but I am worried about rain potentially getting under the turf, sitting their, and resulting in mold given our weather. I'd appreciate any feedback from your experiences or advice!
